
Customer Support
MPower's aim is to provide a comprehensive service to the customer. This is facilitated through our account managers whose job it is to understand the customer's requirements and to ensure that they are met. To avoid confusion all communications with our customers are channeled through the appointed account manager.
Account Management
At the beginning of a project MPower's qualified account managers provide free, unbiased consultation including recommendations on cell type, battery pack design, protection circuits and charging methods. We also provide complete power solutions if this is required.
We ask our customers to consider our account managers to be an extension of their own team. Once a project has started we expect the MPower account manager to be actively involved in representing the customer's interests in the day to day management of their projects in our facilities.
Design starts with the account manager, but quickly leads to our specialist design team which includes all engineering disciplines including mechanical, electronic hardware, software, industrial & quality engineering.
Our product solutions are designed for ease of manufacture and our design engineering teams work closely with our industrial and test engineers who are responsible for assembly methods and production automation.
Once the customer's product is in production, the account manager provides the daily liaison with the customer's purchasing and production control departments to ensure that delivery schedules are achieved and to keep abreast of any planned changes.
